Agribusiness Sheep Updates

In 2006 the Agribusiness Sheep Updates [ASU] will hold its specialist Agribusiness Conference on Thursday 13th July in the Plaza Ballroom, Burswood International Resort. Sessions will be running concurrently with the AWI 7th World Merino Conference [WMC].

ASU is Western Australia’s premium sheep information and technology source providing access to the latest applicable research, cutting edge technical information and a forum to discuss issues impacting on the sheep industry.

Over the last 3 years the ASU meeting in Perth has rapidly become an integral event for Western Australian Agribusiness, as have the regional satellite meetings for producers.

Australian Society of Animal Production
‘Science in Industry – Hand in Glove’
Friday 14th July 2006, Plaza Ballroom,
Burswood International Resort

Friday 14th July in the Plaza Ballroom, Burswood International Resort the Australian Society of Animal Production [ASAP] conference ‘Science in Industry – Hand in Glove’ will run concurrently with the AWI 7th World Merino Conference.

The 26th conference in 2006 will be the 50th anniversary of the Australian Society of Animal Production. Presentations tend to focus more on applications of science in industry, and much of the key research in sheep production is to be found in past ASAP proceedings.

Shared morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunch breaks give delegates to the WMC, ASU and ASAP an opportunity to mingle. Registration to the AWI 7th World Merino Conference enables delegates to move between WMC sessions, ASU and ASAP sessions.
