Registration Fees & Entitlements

All amounts are in Australian Dollars. Overseas registrants should arrange payment by credit card or bank draft payable in Australian Dollars at an Australian bank.

Please note: It is essential for all participants including delegates, and accompanying persons to send in a completed registration form together with payment of registration fees.

* Enterprise Registration is a discounted registration for two to four members (maximum of four) of the same family/company attending the conference. The first person registers at the full registration rate, and the 2nd to 4th persons register at the discounted enterprise rate.
# Student Registration is open to Full and Part-time Students. Students must forward a copy of their student card with their registration form.

NB: Pre Conference tour rates include 1 nights accommodation at the Burswood International Resort on return to Perth. Delegates who are not staying at the Burswood International Resort during the Conference will be required to check-out prior to attending the Merino Innovation Day.

Full Tour delegates are entitled to:

Includes accommodation on arrival, on Friday 30th June and the final night, Tuesday 11th July at Burswood International Resort, at either the Burswood InterContinental Hotel (Tourist) or the Holiday Inn Burswood (Budget)
  • Welcome Function at Burswood International Resort on arrival, the night of Sunday 30th June
  • Welcome Function in Fremantle on Day 6, Thursday 6th July
  • All breakfasts, teas, lunches, receptions, dinners en route

  • Cultural experiences
  • Visits to Western Australia’s famous tourist icons
  • Regional cuisine
  • Access to industry shows and activities

Part Tour delegates are entitled to:

  • Private Tour
  • Deluxe coach
  • Private farm visits
  • Accommodation for 6 nights (based on twin share, budget or tourist class). Includes arrival accommodation on Thursday 6th July at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle (both budget and Tourist) and on the final night, Tuesday 11th July at Burswood International Resort at either the Burswood InterContinental Hotel (Tourist) or the Holiday Inn Burswood (Budget).
  • Welcome Function in Fremantle on arrival, the night of Thursday 6th July.

  • Official Opening & Welcome function at ‘The Grange - Upper Swan’ (Wednesday 12th July)
  • The Elders ‘Cut Out’ dinner at Elders Wool Store (Thursday 13th July)
  • Bus transfers for Merino Innovation Day, Official Opening & Welcome Function and The Elder’s ‘Cut Out’ dinner.
  • Morning, afternoon teas and lunches each day of the Conference
  • Access to the Department of Agriculture Western Australia Agribusiness Sheep Updates & Australian Society of Animal Production ‘Science in Industry – Hand in Glove’ Conference session.

Day delegates are entitled to:

  • Attend all conferences sessions on nominated day/s (does not include social functions)
  • Merino Innovation Day at ‘The Grange - Upper Swan’ (Wednesday 12th July) (bus transfers are not included)
  • Conference satchel
  • All conference publications
  • Morning, afternoon tea and lunch on nominated day/s
